Once an order has shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of TPM and becomes that of the shipping carrier used. In the event that a product is damaged in transit; a claim must be made with the shipping company used with the tracking number given in the shipping email. No refunds will be given from TPM. Due to the changes that USPS has made, damage claims can only be reimbursed to the addressee as they are no longer allowing us to claim the damaged items for reimbursement. In order to better serve, all shipments sent from TPM will have insurance included. Online claims will ask for photos of the damaged item and will want you to keep the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required. They will determine if they require you to bring the broken item up to your local USPS for inspection before reimbursement, so hang on to everything.

Any package lost in transit, delivered to a wrong address or delayed in transit is not the responsibility of The Primrose Market. Shipping problems should be taken to the customers local USPS or UPS for resolution along with the tracking number given in the shipping email sent after purchase. Both shipping carriers have processes to follow for resolution.
No refunds will be given on Pre-Ordered items. An ETA of shipping dates are posted and you are agreeing to those time frames given by the distributors if you secure the products with advance payment. Expected delivery dates are always subject to change. The majority of these products are being imported and there can be delays for various reasons.
